Magna Trak™ magnetic locators take technology one step into the future by including a multitude of convenience features in three different versions you won't find anywhere else.
MT-102 The Flagship model of the fleet has two features offered no where else in the industry. The MT-102 offers both visual and audible information to the operator. Separate Volume and Sensitivity controls make it convenient to adjust and use.
ERASE FEATURE- Is there a steel building preventing you from finding your shut-off box? Or a vehicle parked too close? Put the 102 next to the large item and touch the ERASE button on the touch pad... the building or vehicle magically disappears...move the 102 away and it will find any different steel or cast iron article that is within 2 feet of the item that you erased, even if it's just inches away... It's just that simple!
SAFETY- The MT-102 also warns the operator  whenever LIVE POWER LINES are close by flashing 'CAUTION! POWER LINE' on the LCD screen and changing its audio tone from a solid to a warble.
The LCD screen on both the MT-102 and MT-100 have a "Low Battery" indicator telling the operator that it's time to change the 6-'AA' batteries that are easily accessible on the back of the unit and can be quickly changed without any tools.  The LCD screen also has a signal strength and sequential numbers bar-both of which increase as you get closer to your target...ideal in areas where it's too loud to hear a speaker.
POWERFUL- All three Magna-Trak locators have the power to find typical 8" diameter Valve Boxes up to 7 feet in depth, typical 4" diameter Curb Boxes up to 4' in depth and  Manhole and Catch Basin frames can be located up to 8' away.

MT-100 All the power and accuracy of the MT-102 but without the ERASE and POWER LINE ALERT.  The MT-100's LCD screen offers a digital bar graph display along with the standard audio tone and Low Battery indicator.

MT-101 Excellent field performance at a budget price. The 101 is a streamlined version of the MT-100 but without the LCD meter display and membrane touch pad.  Operation is performed by an On-Off Volume control switch with an independent Sensitivity Control.
