These non-toxic dyes are frequently used by public works departments, sanitary authorities, engineers, and other professionals who need to trace water.

The fluorescent green and red dyes can be detected with the naked eye or ultraviolet light. The brilliant blue dye does not respond to ultraviolet light and is visual only.

The dyes are safe, non-toxic, water soluble  as well as biodegradable. Sunlight also breaks down the color. One part dye per million parts water (1 PPM) can be seen in average light.

The tracer dyes are available in three forms:

 Powder, Tablets, and Liquid 

Trace-A-Leak dyes come in three colors:
Fluorescent Red
Brilliant Blue
Fluorescent Green

LIQUID  $ 18.00  bottle		Liquid Form: Packaged in 16-oz. plastic squeeze bottles with squirt spout. Dilution rate: 16 ounces into 12,000 gallons of water equals 1 ppm concentration.

POWDER  $ 38.00  bottle		Powder Form: Packaged in one-pound bottles. Dilution rate: one pound per 100,000 gallons of water equals 1 ppm concentration in clear water. Dissolves immediately.
