STAINLESS STEEL Hand operated barrel pumps will pump up to 20 ounces per stroke of liquid.  A bung adapter fits the standard 2" threaded openings in 15, 30 or 55 gallon barrels and drums. This pump has a stainless steel exterior and interior. All wetted parts are 316 SS or PTFE Teflon. Pump body is 1 1/2" while spout is 3/4" O.D. Low pressure Teflon tubing is available to attach to this spout for transfer of any chemicals acceptable with exposure to PTFE.
Pump outlet delivery per stroke can be adjusted by using any number of the 5 supplied slip-on adapters. Each time an adapter is added it cuts down the per stroke delivery by 4 Ounces. To install the adapters, unscrew the top handle (Ref. #9) remove the spring (Ref #10) and slide the appropriate number of adapters over the piston rod. Replace spring and top handle back on to the piston rod and the pump is ready for operation. The flow of liquid should begin on the 2nd or 3rd upstroke. If any leakage occurs simply tighten the packing nut (Ref #7) located on top of the pump. Tighten only enough to stop leakage. Over tightening will damage the packing.
The low price of this pump makes it ideal to have one in all locations where Chlorine solutions and other chemicals need to be transferred with simplicity.
