SAFETY DESIGN  THE HDX MARKER IS THE FIRST TO BE OFFERED WITH A ROUND FLAG. THIS ROUND FLAG REDUCES THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY THAT CAN BE CAUSED BY POINTS AND SHARP EDGES ON MARKERS WITH DIAMOND OR SQUARE FLAGS.

HIGH VISIBILITY  THE HDX MARKER IS PAINTED WITH BRIGHT SAFETY ORANGE ENAMEL PAINT WHICH CONTAINS NO LEAD.  THE FLAG IS DOUBLE DIPPED AND THE TOP HALF OF THE 6" CIRCLE IS COATED WITH REFLECTIVE GLASS BEADS ON BOTH SIDES FOR NIGHT TIME REFLECTION.

EASY INSTALLATION  ALL LOOPED MARKERS SHOWN BELOW ARE DESIGNED TO FIT ON STANDARD 2 1/2" HYDRANT NOZZLES.  TO INSTALL...REMOVE A 2 1/2" HYDRANT CAP...SLIP ON THE MARKER AND REINSTALL THE CAP.

The 3/4 Loop marker will fall off as soon as the cap is loosened and is our standard model. Model 5-422-4

Closed Loop markers cannot be removed without totally removing the cap.  It stays with the hydrant and resists vandalism.  The loop is 3/8" thick.  Wider rings are available on request for hydrants that have larger spaces between the cap and body. Model 5-422-CL

Spring Loaded bracket models offered can be mounted to any hydrant that has a bolted and flanged dome.   The 5-422-SS model has a 53" overall length, is one piece galvanized and has four 6" alternate white and red reflective bands with a rubber tipped end for safety.  Bracket will accept up to a 3/4" diameter bolt and is provided with a mounting washer.
The 5-422-sf model has the same four reflective bands but also has the additional unbreakable fluorescent flag which can be mounted in any direction for maximum effectiveness.

Galvanized Loop   This marker features a totally galvanized body and an unbreakable plastic flag that can be turned and locked in any position.  The Galvanized loop marker will last for years with no painting and the flag will never rust.  Overall length of this marker is 53". Model 5-422-GF
