The new Hydrant Flushing Boxes from Turner  lets you flush your system at high velocities to maintain high quality water in your distribution system. This super hydrant diffuser works off the back of your truck. This diffuser mounts directly onto a standard Class 3 Trailer Hitch.  It hooks up to the  4½” or the 2½” NST nozzles. Truck Flusher eliminates the need to mount a diffuser at each hydrant and prevents costly water damage.  The diffuser remains on the truck and offers the convenience of right and left hookups, thus discharging directly into gutters with high-volume water flow of approximately 2500 gpm, compared to 1000 gpm for other units. The large 4" side outlets make it easy to clear any debris or foreign objects that may come out of the hydrant while flushing without having to remove the lid. Any objects are held in the small side chamber and can be removed by hand.   Click here to view more pictures of the box in action in the Photo Gallery. Measure Flow while you flush- The new inline flow gauges from Turner  are ideal for regulating flow and keeping track of gallons during your flushing program. Mounted directly on the hydrant. Available in 2½” & 4 ½” Hydrant swivels. Gauges have 2 Lb. increments for accuracy. Large easy to read 3 ½” gauge faces make it easier to read for nighttime use. Equipped with 160 Lb Gauge, 3 way bleed off valve and pressure snubber. Pressure to GPM chart included with each gauge.
