The Apollo® Backflow test kit Model 40-200-TK5U is suitable for testing all reduced-pressure principle, double check, spill-resistant vacuum breaker, and pressure-type vacuum breaker backflow preventers.
The test kit includes three soft-seated needle valves with replaceable seats, a differential pressure gauge, a thermoplastic gauge body, color-coded hoses with integral filters, a line-pressure gauge, all required adapter fittings, a flexible strap, laminated test procedures, and a durable. custom fit, carrying case with foam inserts and external storage compartments. The kit is suitable for pressures up to 200 psig and a maximum temperature of 150°F. The gauge has a dual scale differential pressure range of 0-15 psid/0-100kPa with +/- 0.2 psid accuracy (descending).
The 40-200-TK5U has two additional soft-seated needle valves and a bleed tube that make it possible to bleed lines without disconnecting hoses.
